Japan is considered among the healthiest countries in the world, and it has a lot to do with the food. Fresh, seasonal produce combined with best of seafood and selected ingredients make Japanese food a true cuisine that deserves to be savored. Sushi is easily the most-loved Japanese dish around the world, and traditionally, it is made with fish and Japanese rice. Tempura

Gyoza Dumplings

Momo, dumpling, gyoza – all the almost similar, but Japanese Gyoza Dumplings are quite popular and typically smaller in size. A thin pocket of dough is made, which is then stuffed with shredded meat, veggies or even fish, and steamed to perfection. Gyoza Dumplings are served with dips and sauces and are great appetizers on the menu.

The last one on this list is miso soup, which uses what’s called the miso stock/paste, with other seafood or chicken.
